Worst experience ever

Worst hotel experience EVER. First room had a sewage smell. Dragged all of mine and my daughters luggage back to the lobby. 2nd room key they gave me didn't work. Back to lobby. 3rd room key they gave me was for an occupied room and the guest yelled at me. Back to lobby. 4th room they gave me was filthy. Back to lobby. Ended with a 5th room. Spent 3 hours on a Friday evening after a long day of travel dealing with this and nothing was offered to me even though I was told a manager would be in touch. Complained on my departure day that I couldn't blv no contact or compensation offered. Said they would give me 10% off of my 3 night stay. They should have comped me for the night that they ruined! Such a strange experience...I feel an actual hotel chain would have been better

Don’t do it.

The air vent was hanging open upon entering the room, the shower was dirty, the elevator smelt like an electrical fire and we couldn’t get anyone to bring us towels or answer the phone at the front desk.

Pros and cons just depends

Ask for towels, and they never delivered them. Train woke me up at 3am. Louder than loud children next door at 6:30am. Bathroom setup not ideal for families. The two positive was when I asked for a blow dryer they did come quick and the lakeview was beautiful! Not sure if i would stay here again.

Great Stay with a Few Inconveniences

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was extremely satisfied with the accommodations, cleanliness, location, and overall property. The only drawbacks were that the elevators were out of service during my stay, which made carrying luggage down the stairs a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there were no ice machines on the floors, and ice had to be requested from the front desk. Unfortunately, the ice machine was also out of order for one day. On a positive note, coffee was available in the mornings in the lobby, which was a nice touch. However, it would be great if tea bags and hot water were also offered for non-coffee drinkers. Despite these minor inconveniences, my experience was very positive, and I would stay here again.

Dreamy with Concerns

The bed was dreamy like sleeping on a cloud. Our room, though equipped with a kitchen, had no dishwasher. Front desk staff could not address what protocol was for housekeeping re: sanitizing dishware and utensils used by us. Making me wonder if my strep throat was caused by unsanitized kitchenware from the prior guests. My only complaint otherwise is not enough trash bags available for kitchen or bath for a lengthy stay.

We stayed one night while visiting the college. We chose this college on a recommendation from a friend. Beautiful hotel. Outdoor patio with pool and fire pit was very nice (even if we didn't use them this trip). If i had one negative, its that it would be nice to have access to an ice machine. The only ice machine is in the restaurant kitchen. But overall we had a great stay and I would stay here again without hesitation.
