VRBO booked this hotel for us for 2 nights after we arrived in Paris, France to find that the VRBO host canceled our reservation. Funny they forgot to mention they only paid for 1, and next day they didn’t want to pay for a second unless we moved because the next day was “more expensive to them”. The manager, a Mr Y. Made every effort to accommodate, to include reducing the fee so that VRBO could match their budget for that extra night. When VRBO was going to out us in a hotel near the red light district w/ our 2 daughters. Mr Y told us “no way” and helped us by reducing the fees to VRBO budget so we could stay there for the duration of our week in Paris. Mr Y saved our vacation.
Once you get past the naked paintings with full bush and having to explain that to your little kids on why there is painting of naked people in every room and hallway, then you are ok.
