Worst Experience EVER
Absolutely horrible…the photos on website DO NOT represent the actual motel…room was dirty and the furniture was in need of repair…neighbors next door were a nightmare and I was told that they were relatives of people who worked there…I was close to the laundry so there was constant activity outside the room with workers talking loud and laughing early every morning…I will NEVER stay here again and advise anyone else to find another motel…

After a phone call confirming that our arrival time that day would be after their hours due to a delay in flight from Boston, I was reassured that the room was going to be held when we arrive after 2am. Not to worry. After an Uber lift to the hotel from the airport, we were told our room had been cancelled and there was no vacancy available. And sorry there was nothing they could do until checkout that day. We had to find another hotel 15 mins away at 330am

Stay away..
No hot water for a shower. Called the desk to discover that there was a broken water heater(the overnight person new about) the day person new nothing about. The overnight person stated to that they usually weren’t this full(booked to capacity). Why did they allow the hotel to become full with the water situation???the gird said”keep trying to find some hot water”I never did…terrible experience!!

Florida winter
Room was clean and bathroom was clean. It was cold on my visit so a comforter would of been cozy. Housekeeping was friendly. We left the lots of goodies we didn't use. It was a good price for what we were in town to do.

There appeared to be many homeless people sheltered there and hanging around the property. The front desk actually called us at 1am to ask if we were arguing which my husband responded "no we were trying to sleep!" Would not recommend!

Booked a non-smoking king and received a smoking king. When I questioned it, they said it was subject to availability. I requested the manager call me and no one did. I received no apology or solution from the front desk.

Front desk was SO friendly and sweet! The check in area was decorated for the holidays and made it feel very welcoming. Better water pressure than I have at home lol! Clean floors. Only thing was that the bedframe was tattered and the clothes hangers were really rusted.

This property is fairly clean, especially at their price point. Sadly, it is an older motel and pretty much everything is worn and dated. The employees were friendly and helpful, however they are definitely understaffed The security and feeling of safety for the area is a little shaky, but again, that's what you can expect at this price range.

Beware!
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The room we stayed in was absolutely nothing like the photos, so much so that I felt it was false advertisement. Truly I feel duped. I knew for the price I shouldn’t expect 5 star hotel standards but I didn’t expect to stay in a place that SMELT so bad it gave me a headache. You can tell the room was NOT maintained or cleaned properly for years. There were holes in the walls, dirt and grime on the clothes/towel racks and stains ALL over the couch. They give you a king size bed, and child sized pillows. The air conditioner would turn off every 15-20 mins and made LOUD clunk noise that would prevent you from actually getting to sleep. We basically took multiple 20 mins naps for the entire two nights. I’ve never been so tired in my life. If we were staying for longer than two nights, we would have found a different hotel. Stay here at your own risk! The photos I share do not do it justice at all.
