Please don't waste your TIME or MONEY at this property. Upon arrival, the lobby was uncomfortably warm at 89 degrees, and I had to wait in line for a good twenty minutes. Unfortunately, the customer service was far from satisfactory. To make matters worse, I had to wait until 4 PM to get my room, which, when I finally entered, had a terrible musty odor. I had to request an air freshener immediately.
This property is not family-friendly. There's a small casino in the lobby, and when my 8-year-old briefly stopped to hand me my phone, security aggressively intervened, yelling "no." It was an unnecessary and unpleasant experience.
On a positive note, the wait staff were amazing—always helpful and attentive. However, the front desk staff could definitely use some improvement in their customer service skills. I was charged $25 for a hairdresser to do my son's hair, and when I questioned the policy, the manager claimed they would provide paperwork to justify the charge, but I’m still waiting.
I’ve visited over 20 all-inclusive resorts, and this is one of the worst. The island itself is beautiful, but I strongly advise against wasting your time, money, or expectations by staying here.
