Looking at the quality of the furnishings, quality and lack of amenities, level of cleanliness overall - this property is a 3 star at best and should be advertised as such. Location is great with access to shopping and restaurants in both Britomart and the Viaduct areas and staff at the front seat are friendly and helpful.
