Struttura organizza ma non soddisfacente, abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera a causa di alto rumore notturno proveniente dai locali sottostanti , ma nessuno ha risposto alla richiesta totalmente ignorata. La sconsiglio altamente per chi vuole dormire la notte( due notti insonni) caos notturno creato dalla movida ad oltranza e rumori continui provenienti dalla strada sino al mattino ( un inferno) inoltre la stanza era talmente piccola con un accesso esterno su strada (trafficata) tramite una unica finestra, non la consiglio per chi soffre spazi limitati

Ci aspettavamo una camera ed abbiamo trovato a 98€ un miniappartamento in centro, posto auto vicino, confortevole, pulito, tutto si raggiunge a piedi ed il personale è stato così premuroso da chiamarci il giorno prima.

Servizi inesistenti
Servizio inesistente. Arriviamo dopo avver comunicato l'orario e non troviamo nessuno e al tefono indicato non risponde nessuno. Per fortuna sulla targa dell'hotel ce ne sono altri: accoglienza nulla. Ci comunicano che il frigo non funziona e non possono fare nulla (17 Agosto). Mi chiedo se questo sia un mio problema, sostanzialmente hanno solo receptionist e qualunque cosa succeda non si puo fare nulla. Mi danno le chiavi di un'altra stanza per usare frigo. Premetto che essendo noi una famiglia, il frigo risulta indispensabile per contenere i costi del viaggio altrimenti avremmo prenotato un albergo. Pulizia scarsa, doccia che perde, water che perde e non tutte le prese elettriche sono funzionanti. L'alloggio è anche fatto bene e in un luogo invidiabile, ma non si può tenere aperto un esercizio senza poter erogare servizi essenziali.

Nel centro di Ferrara, appartamento comodo per visitare la città e dintorni. La pulizia da rivedere. Polvere e rimasugli dei precedenti inquilini dappertutto. Arredamento un po’ arrangiato ed aria condizionata con timer (si auto spegne dopo un certo periodo di tempo). Infine pareti sottili... si sente tutto come nei peggiori condomini!
