Checkin was perfect, staff was very courteous and answered all our questions. The room was lovely and clean. During our stay, the staff tidied up our room and replaced our towels even though we didn’t need them to. The included breakfast choices were all delicious and plentiful. Their barista made great coffee drinks. The front desk were helpful in giving advice on taxis services available.

We stayed 3 nights at Pastell Old Town. It was an excellent hotel to stay at in Chiang Mai. The staff were exceptional. The hotel is unbelievably quiet for a hotel in the city. The breakfast was great. Tge area has some great options for dining. It is also an easy walk to some of the must see sights I would highly recommend staying at Pastell
