Livingston is a historic railroad town which I have visited many times over the last 30 yrs. It has been revitalized and the downtown area is now a gem with great restaurants, shops and historic buildings. Livingston is definitely worth a visit !

Short drive to Sacajawea Park, great walking park, it does need pickleball courts, however. Great restaurant options, grocery store, Starbucks, right off the highway, close to Yellowstone National Park.

Livingston is beautiful however due to it being off-season many of the restaurants or cafés that were local establishments and not chains would close early in the afternoon or only be open on weekends. I loved walking downtown it gave you an old town

Livingston has gotten crowded. If you're going into town give yourself plenty of time to find a parking place. The Mint had excellent food but is tiny and gets crowded.

Livingston is a lovely, if windy, town. The bar at the Murray Hotel is worth checking out.

The drive from Bozeman to Livingston shaves about $100-150 off a hotel stay. Worth it in my opinion but there appears to be better places to stay at in town.

Livingston is a cute small Old town but we spent most of our time in Bozmen with my college student.
"Livingston inn is right off the highway, fantastic communication/check in, easy to use locks/doors. The room was clean and quiet (and dog friendly!) and fully stocked with coffee and clean towels. Internet was strong and dependable. Great little spot! "
