Nice small town. Freeway close . Hopefully they don't let developers ruin the city with overpriced real estate . The only problem is too expensive to live in, no low income housing available.

Love Firestone restaurant/ brewery and Figueroa Mountain Brewery too, Brick Barn Winery is very nice. And very close to Los Olivos and wineries.
