"This holiday has been nothing short of incredible. The hotel is absolutely amazing — top-notch in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff have gone above and beyond to make our stay special. Special thanks to Borja (concierge), Stafane (bartender), Jose (grounds manager), and many others who’ve treated us with such warmth and care. The bedroom is pure comfort — the mattress is one of the best I’ve ever slept on, and the room is spotless. As for the food… it’s exceptionally exquisite — every meal has been a treat. This place is the perfect escape, even if just for a couple of days. Whether you’re looking to relax, recharge, or just be surrounded by beauty, this is it. "Have stayed many times and will again, but disappointed that there is no meal service on a Saturday or Sunday evening and even worst on this occasion no bar service on a Saturday. Management please consider your weekend guests as the hotel is not in easy distance to other facilities."

"Check in was a little confusing, receptionist said I needed to pay when I already paid when booking the property. After a few minutes she told us she'd sort it, I did show her all of my confirmations. Room was pretty basic, but clean and all we needed for an overnight stay. The swimming pool area was satisfactory, although the water was full of dead insects and three very noisy parrots in a cage near the pool, but thankfully put away at night. The tables were still cluttered with empty glasses and cans from the previous day in the morning when we checked out. Not a good first impression. Staff were ok but not over friendly despite being British as am I not many smiles! "
