"We easily booked on this property at Hotels.com. And it’s great and convenient for us. About our stay we feel ease and comfort. That thing that they should improve is the cleanliness of the area. They should regularly mow the surroundings. When we enter the room there are dust and some leaves that comes inside maybe under the gap of the door it enter. They should have broom so that we can swept it during the stay. But overall it’s ok and good. Thank you"

We stayed in the San Fran room and it was so cozy and private. The kitchenette was well stocked as well and the shower was fabulous."

"Our hosts Danny & Mabel were highly attentive and their property is a wonderfully secluded villa amongst the vibrant landscape of Aotearoa New Zealand. Mabel’s morning breakfast is a delight with various fruits and jams all coming from the garden. The proximity to central Rotorua is also within a 15 minute drive. This location is highly recommended. "The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would...
