"We stayed at the Alfir resort with our daughters, 12 and 14 years old and we really loved it! This is a very small and quiet town by the beach and to have the option of three lovely pools at the hotel or just to walk to the beach was amazing. The service was very good and the room was clean and very modern. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel."

Our only complaint is that there was not enough sun-beds by the pool. A lot of people were hogging beds and leaving their towels on the sunbeds for hours without using them. The hotel need to implement a system to stop this.

"Very disappointed with this hotel, false advertising, the sea is full of sea urchins and dangerous to swim, restaurants is very expensive no other options to eat out as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere in an isolated island, they didn’t give me refund for 4 nights I checked out early at that time they said there should be no problem but ended up loosing my 4 nights worth of money, very frustrating experience with them."

"Loved this place. The owner/manager (not sure which) was so helpful during my stay, she went above and beyond helping me call places because I didn't have a local number. The place was spotless and has everything you need. They even helped do laundry, which was a lifesaver. The woman on-site was very friendly too. If you're wanting to stay in the Old Town, this is perfectly localted. Only downside is that the stairs can be a bit steep on the top floor, so for those that maybe struggle getting around or with heavy luggage, it might be tough. It was fine for me, but I could imagine it might be difficult for some - although there are other floors with rooms, so be sure to ask which room you are in if you think it might be an issue."
