"Quick & pleasant checkin. Parking outside room. Room was clean & comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Coffee & tea facilities in the room. Quiet room even though on the main road. Handy to function I was attending. I have stayed here a number of times & will stay again for visits to East Maitland. "

"We booked a twin room on Hotels.com but when we arrived at our room, it was one king bed. The twin bed information was not passed on to the hotel. However, the staff were so accommodating, with no fuss they brought the new room key to us and showed us to the new, upgraded accommodation (a 2 bedroom apartment) which made our stay very comfortable.
