"The staff were incompetent and not trained for English speaking customers. They dragged our suitcases to our room and broke a wheel. They oddnt apologise and when we raised a complaint they tried to fix it by nailing it together. The reception staff are clueless and rude. The resort appears beautiful but the finish is not what you expect for the price paid. "

"Where to begin. The Riad Kniza is a hidden gem that is an absolute must if you are coming to Marrakesh. In the old town lots of thimgs to vosit only a walk away. We were welcomed by Fatina who was so friendly and helpful, our room was huge, spotlessly clean and a little bit of heaven. We had breakfast on the roof terrace every morning and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Cant recommend this Riad enough, i just wish we had time to stay longer. "

Il y a un problème avec les installations électriques et mon sèche cheveux Dyson a grillé tout le bâtiment était d’ailleurs victime d’incident durant toute la journée la chambre d’à côté n’avait pas d’électricité du tout. L’hôtel n’a fait aucune compensation même pas un brushing offert qui coûte d’ailleurs 500dh. C’est du vol 50€ un brushing au Maroc "

"Beautiful Riad. Ali and Daniel were excellent as well as all the staff. Airport transfer as well as train transfer went well. We stayed 5 nights. If you are a light sleeper you may want to stay elsewhere because of early morning prayers wake you up at 4:30-5 am every morning "
