"Renovated Portuguese-era building. Immaculate condition, while being faithful to its historic roots. A/C worked perfectly . Shower great. Beds super comfortable. Staff was attentive and hospitable. The hotel/ inn is 1 min from the Chinese fishing nets & is perfectly placed for nice shops and a handful of restaurants.
Of the 6 properties in which I stayed on a 2-wk trip, this was easily my favorite.
For visitors flying into COK airport, be aware that with standard traffic it’s 75-90 minutes to the property. (If you transit overnight, it’s more like 45 minutes.)"
"Great stay. Great variety for breakfast especially there was brown rice 'puttu'. The spa treatment was great as they were able to fit me in. Would definitely return to the hyatt in trivandrum "
