I sweat in the toilet, too warm and my frige in the room didn't work even after mechanics come. But the air con in the room is ok. "
"We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room.
Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff.
Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this.
