"The property and breakfast sir was are lovely, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond. We were there on Halloween but it was raining terribly that night, so the staff let her truck or treat around the hotel and even got a couple of guests in on it. It was the sweetest, most generous act and by the whole team. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel and their team. "
"The room was nice and the decor was perfect for this type of hotel. This is an older type hotel with hard wooden floors. The walls are very thin so be mindful of this. You can hear everything going on in the other rooms. Very interesting place to stay. The hotel staff were very professional and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean."
"The overall experience was pretty good , hotel is clean and conveniently located near shops, dining and nightlife. The staff were super friendly and ready to help. It could be a bit noisy at night from guests returning from the bars... "
"This hotel is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have an amazing stay. The breakfast is made fresh when you get to the dining area and incorporates traditional cuisine of Cuenca. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe, and is walkable to other locations. "
