"Staff members were excellent, always very attentive and respectful. The resort itself has so many places where one can spend relaxing times in the lap of nature. The complementary breakfast and cocktail hour at the Club Pakarang were itself worth the price paid for the room! Overall, Amari Phuket is an amazing resort where any discerning visitor would love to make their base for a memorable Phuket vacation."

"We stayed for three nights and liked everything about this property. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and spacious (with a balcony), the bathroom was great and the water pressure in the shower was good. There are two locations to have breakfast, we tried them both and were impressed by the variety of foods offered and the quick and efficient service. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, far enough away from the hustle and bustle (and noise) of Bangla Road, but close enough to easily walk there. We would certainly stay here again."
"SAii Laguna Phuket is a great resort in a quiet, relaxing area—perfect for families. The rooms are clean, the facilities are good, and the beach access is a big plus. Staff are generally helpful. Overall, a comfortable stay and definitely recommended"

"A lovely oasis in the craziness that is Patong Beach! Staff were excellent and attentive. Great dining options and top entertainment on an evening. Pools were very clean! Just unfortunately we had poor weather. We upgraded our room and had lovely views from the third floor."
"This hotel consists of three separate buildings, which makes moving around slightly inconvenient. However, the trade-off is that it is very quiet and peaceful.
The room condition was spotless (or clean and well-maintained), and all the staff members were friendly and constantly smiling.
Due to the frequent rain, I didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool. There are many local restaurants and a good massage shop nearby.
A shuttle service to the beach was provided, and the process of briefly storing our luggage at the lobby was quick and easy. The buffet was also very satisfying."
"Ize checked us in and helped out us out tremendously!! Something happened with our room so for the hassle she gave us a suite! It was modern with an upstairs and a beautiful view! She made our stay :) They also had a waterpark for the kids so we will be back when we come back for family vacation! "
