Nyc stay
Trip was during covid so some excuse there but a stabbing on sidewalk in front of hotel during daytime not good. There is a homeless shelter adjacent to this hotel. Hotel wouldnt call me a taxi. One elevator was insufficient. Ice machine on only one floor of 27 floors. Had to call to fix tv and air conditioning on arrival. Room a little small to be listed as suite.

It was Great and I enjoyed myself.....the young lady at the front desk was excellent and took care of me very well I believe her name was ILDA!!!!!!! She deserve an upgrade

Experience was not so great. I booked for a night and honestly would want my money back. Waiting for about 30 mins to get checked in to then be told my reservation was moved to another hotel because they were having plumbing issues. What kind of hotel would accept reservations if they are having plumbing issues ?

Comfortable stay
Pros: Comfortable stay. The king sized bed felt so good to sleep on. My room had a fridge which was quite cold for it's small size and a microwave! Workers at the front desk was super polite and answered all of my questions. The curtain was decorated with NYC skylines which was a nice touch. Cons: No extra tissues in bathroom, I had to go the front desk to get another roll. No free rags (rags period). Best feature: Bathtub/shower combination.

check in process was fine. Walked into my assigned room and it REEKED of cigarette smoke. I went right back down to the front desk and they switched me to another room on a different floor. Same problem. I finally got switched to a 3rd room that did not smell of cigarette smoke but the phone didn't work. Not a great experience. Front desk was nice but I can tell this is a problem they deal with a lot.

No good A/C
For one check on was at 4 instead of 3 . So I had to wait on the lobby with my bags until they felt it was time for us to get check in . Then I get to the room and I couldn’t get the A/C to go lower then 75 . So it felt a little uncomfortable in the daytime and I had to sleep with the blankets off at night-time ..

Favorite hotel in Manhattan
Concierge had a very positive attitude. The rooms have been amazingly comfortable. Lucky if you get on the higher floors the scenery is wonderful.
