We had a wonderful time at the Carriage way, the only thing was we were on the street side of the house and it was noisy in the morning so next time would pick a different room. Overall it was a nice place to stay and easy walk to downtown.

Location was great. We could walk to all the sites we wanted to visit easily. We had parking on site! If you have never visited St. Augustine you don’t understand how huge that is. Our room was large as was the bathroom. They both were exceptionally clean. The breakfast was fantastic as was our cook, Mel. All staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Everything was as advertised and very nice. The location is just a few blocks from the center of the historic district. The breakfasts were made for us individually. Coffee wine hot chocolate water and soft drinks were always available on a complementary basis. The bathroom soaps and lotions were very nice. I can't think of anything that needed to be Improved.

This property is ideally located in the heart of historic downtown st augustine. Once we parked our car we didnt have to use it until it was time to leave. Everything was within walking distance. Accommodation was very cozy. Staff was fantastic. They were very friendly. We wpuld definitely go back.

One of the best Bed and Breakfast I’ve stayed in St. Augustine. The location is unbeatable, you’re literally steps from all the attractions and best restaurants and shops. The rooms are beautiful and clean, beds are very comfortable and the bathroom at “The Gentleman’s Quarter” where we stayed was huge and had a very nice hot tub. It was equipped with everything you would need, nice robes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion and even feminine products in case you didn’t bring any of your own. The food served was delicious every day, and they even offered mimosas! They also had an amazing selection of coffee, teas, sodas, wine and even freshly baked cookies that we had daily during our stay. Whenever we go back to St. Augustine (because we go frequently) we will definitely stay here again!

Our quick St Augustine trip
Other than the location of the room being very noisy we were very pleased with the amenities and friendliness of the staff. ( I will add after the second night the innkeeper offered to move us but it wasn’t convenient for us)They had some very nice little extra touches such as extra toilettries lavender for the pillows wine, coffee tea and fresh baked cookies. Breakfast was very good also. It was also very close to the shopping area which was a plus for sure.

You have to stay to believe how great they are!!
Just an overnight to enjoy St. Augustine historical district and bond. This place is amazing on every level. I have traveled all over the US and the world and the do everything to perfection. Breakfast was a $20 home cooked meal for free, as well as free wine, water, sodas and homemade cookies. Best sheets and bed that are amazing. I could go on, but we will start coming here every two months for a couple weekend getaway.

Our Stay Could Not have been any better!
There are truly no words! Carriage Way was perfect in every way and I will recommend to anyone and everyone!! Our room was amazing and romantically perfect for my husband and I, we will make this our destination bed-and-breakfast every year. We were greeted as soon as we walked in with an amazing glass of wine walked up to our room served an amazing breakfast. We also got a complementary bottle of champagne. It honestly was just perfect.

This was my first time staying at a BnB. Amazing service and phenomenal breakfast. They added every convenience they could think of. The daily cookies and available drinks were such a nice touch. The location is great and just a minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms were extremely clean and decorated well. Highly recommend a stay here and when I visit St. Augustine again, I will absolutely be staying here.
