We absolutely loved our stay at the Texican Court! The whole place nails that balance of stylish but not pretentious. The room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and full of charming details — including a retro Smeg fridge stocked with a surprisingly reasonable and high-quality mini-bar.
The courtyard was an unexpected highlight: cozy seating everywhere and a large fire pit that staff lit for us while we were relaxing outside - such a perfect touch. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making guests feel welcome.
We ordered room service from the on-site restaurant and were blown away - truly some of the best Tex-Mex we’ve had. (We’ll probably write a separate review just for the restaurant!)
Even though the weather kept us from enjoying the pool, it was gorgeous - definitely a place we’d love to lounge next time. The location in Irving felt upscale but relaxed, super clean, and close to plenty of amenities. We were right across from a very cool, modern convention center - great design and a fun backdrop.
Considering the design, comfort, amenities, and overall vibe, Texican Court feels like a great value. It’s perfect for couples or groups who want something unique, comfortable, and a little bit special. We’ll definitely be back!
