I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The customer service staff were rude, and I was given a room with very bright sunlight that made it unbearably warm. Despite raising this issue with the reception, they insisted I pay extra to upgrade to another room, even though I noticed other rooms were vacant (their doors were open, so I could see). It seems like a deliberate tactic to push guests into spending more by providing subpar rooms initially.
The room itself was far from acceptable. It wasn’t properly cleaned, and the bedsheet was messy and wrinkled, as shown in the attached photo. For a hotel that’s listed as 2 stars but advertised as 3 stars on Hotels.com, the quality and service are appalling. Considering the price, I expected much better. This place is absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and the rating needs to be corrected to reflect the actual experience
