Duck Bay Hotel August ‘25

Amazing venue situated on the shores of Loch Lomomd with a great restaurant to the side. This was a one night stop over travelling down from Isle of Skye to Edinburgh Tattoo, parking is free but had to park in the restaurant car park as only room for about 3/4 cars outside the main reception. Our room had its own screened off patio area overlooking the Loch. Used the restaurant for our evening meal as convenient and quicker after walking all afternoon. The portions are generous and moderately priced with attentive staff on hand to make your experience the best. We had breakfast included and is also varied and caters to all tastes.

A must stay in Loch Lomand

What a hidden gem at the bottom of Loch Lomand. There is a park, an amazing restaurant, and the grounds and hotel are amazing with kind staff. We had a room with a slider out to a view of the loch. The room was clean and quiet. We loved it!

Duck Bay Marina Hotel

Only a basic double room available as we were late making our booking but we were very pleasantly surprised with our ground floor bedroom. We even had an outside seating area! Had dinner on the evening of arrival in the hotel restaurant. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Would definitely go back again.

Homely Hotel

We had a lovely stay at the Duck Bay Marina, this is our second time staying at this hotel. The Hotel has been renovated since the last time we stayed. Our room was very comfortable and cosy. We were able to go from our room and see the lovely view of Loch Lomond. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. All staff were welcoming and friendly. We also had a really nice meal in the restaurant.
