努伊沙爾利飯店 - 法蘭克福

Good new hotel with clean and well sized rooms. I missed an ironing possibility and could not find info in book. Also the neighborhood is absolutely not best, but coming by taxi is fine.

The room was noisy due to improper ventilation and noises were coming from the ceiling grills. Changing the room didn’t help since the new room was also that noisy. In addition, the rooms are too small for the expected quality and price. I will never book that hotel again.

Hotel is superb, breakfast is great and the staff can’t do enough for you , second visit , when I’m working in Frankfurt will always try to stop here

The location is good, few mins walk from Central Station. The hotel and room looked quite new and well furnished.

Never never choose the hotel in this area. Near the central station is red-light area and it is the most dangerous place in Frankfurt. There are many drug users and beggars on the street. We are so afraid to walk through the street no matter at night or in the morning. Although the hotel is new and comfort, the staff is impolite and unprofessional. We are disappointed with the service and the surrounding area. Please avoid choosing this area no matter you are travelling with a group or alone.
