I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. There’s no foooood at all that can be found at the hotel, Staff is SO RUDE I called front desk just to ask if there’s room service the lady was so upset I called she yelled and said “only available option right now is Tim hortons at the end of town and hung up on my face” Ok, you could have told me that nicely and not hung up.. i get it if you don’t like your job but don’t take it out on visitors. Also, you should tell visitors there is no food at the hotel ( which is a first for me never saw a hotel with no food) I didn’t eat for a full day. Never again will I come back.

Hotel is very clean and short walk to downtown quiet location

I will definetly book again!!! Rooms are very modern and clean. The bathroom is clean as well. There is many places to sit next to the reception, We ate there, it was a pleasant atmosphere and the design there is amazing. Pool is heated and there’s also a sauna outside the hotel. Location is good too, it took us 15 minutes to get to Mont tremblant villegiatures.

Overall, it is pretty much satisfy to staying this hotel. I stayed 1 King bed room. Room itself pretty clean and neat. I like the idea that shampoo, rinse, body shower, lotion and soap are not in the small bottles. All are in re-fillable bottles and smells good. Bed are firm. Bed covers and linens are clean. This hotel has a outdoor pool and dry sauna but in COVID-19 I was not used it. I definitely recommend this hotel to others.
