Ruime kamer op uitstekende ligging

Doordat onze vluchten veranderd waren konden we onmogelijk om 20u er geraken. De mensen waren vriendelijk om ons te verwelkomen rond 22u. De kamer was uitstekend; mooie, moderne en ruime kamer. De ligging was heel goed. In het hart van de stad in een bruisende straat. Enige minpunt van het verblijf is dat je veel geluid binnen krijgt van buiten en de omliggende kamers, maar dit is dan ook het enige minpunt. Bedankt om ons te verwelkomen!

Excelente escolha em Palermo

Localização excelente, a uma distância a pé de vários pontos turísticos de Palermo, restaurantes e bares. Quarto renovado e bem cuidado. O anfitrião também foi muito bom!

Interesting

Great central location! Hard to drive too but once we connected with hotel they assisted us nicely. Bed wasn’t great! The air conditioning didn’t work without room key so it was hot returning from our outings. Newer and clean room.

This place is very good you are close to all the main attractions, restaurants and shopping. I would not recommend bringing a car to this location as getting to the place you are driving down very tight streets and the spots in the parkade are very tight. The parkade is locked and have workers on site which felt very safe. The only thing that I would recommend to the hotel is the check in process, we live out of Country and our cell phones were not working to call and not having someone come to the front door to meet was a little stressful. The hallways were dark and didn’t know where the light switches were. Once taken to our room everything was great.

Great location in the heart of Palermo. Fantastic room, would give a 5 stars but the AC on my room didn’t work fine and never cooled the room.

Instalações novas, banheiro amplo, atendimento atencioso do staff. Único ponto ruim é a acústica, dá pra ouvir o barulho dos demais quartos, corredores e da rua.

Very nice property. Very convenient for shopping, visiting the sites, and dining. The only negative was getting to the unit. Traffic and narrow streets made finding the unit tricky, but the condo was nicely decorated.

Overall would not stay here again. There was zero english spoken which made communication very difficult (i.e. where to go, what floor it was on, etc.). Upon entering the apartment it smelled of sewage. After realizing that just opening the window and turning on the fans didn’t help with the smell; as well as our drains not working properly, we let the housekeepers know there was a problem as they were the only ones we saw throughout our stay. There was again no communication that anything was fixed or anyone tried to fix it but instead came back to find a bottle of what we assume to be some sort of drain cleaner and a dirty toothbrush on the counter. The smell was more manageable that night, but quickly came back the next morning again.
