Book direct not with hotels.com. It’s cheaper
My father struggles to walk and even though I asked for a disabled room we where placed on the 4th floor and at the furthest point away from the lift We did get given the option to change however my father was settled and didn’t want to make a fuss

Distance from the City Center
The only problem that we revealed was the distance from the city-center. As a matter of fact, we walked around 1 hour from the gare before arriving to the hotel. The deliveries such as free hot-beverages next to the reception were a real surprise, very pleasant for both of us. Otherwise the hotel was clean and the staff very professional. We recommend it Please getting closer

The check in was really fast. The young lady at reception has an accent to die for. The hotel is 20 minutes walk away from the centre and Antwerp is beautiful. Just go for it.

The hotel staff and room is amazing. The reception guy was welcimg and greeted us pretty well. The room was better than I expected as it was cosy.

The hotel itself was nice and new. The check in was not smooth - the roads around the hotel were all closed for construction and I did not receive a notice from the hotel. This is the type of customer service that would keep me coming back - letting me know about the construction and what to watch for. The room was big enough - barely - and the drapes did not adequately over the windows.
