I think the property was amazing. Close to shinagawa station and right next to takanwa city/station. Location is really good besides a small walk to nearest conveince stores. A very comfortable hotel about 5 minutes walk from Shinagawa station. My bed was incredibly comfortable and my room even had a separate bathing room with the shower stool and basin just like an onsen. The hotel lobby cafe is of high quality, I enjoyed both lunch and breakfast there. There isn't a lot immediately outside the hotel as it is a business district, but if you walk down to the station there are restaurants etc. Recommended.

Our third stay in this hotel for our holidays. Construction still ongoing at the Takanawa Gateway City. Station entrance moved a little further away, although still nearer than walking to Shinagawa station. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening was great, as there are little food options nearby. Looking forward to our next stay.

The hotel was very modern, clean and more spacious than most hotels closer to Tokyo. The district is surrounded mostly by offices but it is relatively close to Shinagawa and Sengakuji stations so it is easy to get around Tokyo. I enjoyed the 5-10pm complimentary tea, coffee and snacks every day, it was great to recharge after exploring the city each day.
