KSL Hot Spring Resourt
Its best if you have your own car when staying at this hotel. There is not much amenities around the hotel. But its 5-10 mins drive to Austin area, where there are plenty of eateries. The room itself is quite ok, given its not too expensive. The breakfast buffet is quite limited, the nasi lemark is not too bad. Its a golf trip for us, out all day, so didn't really get to use the hot spring.

For a 3* Hotel the room was totally ok, comfortable. Very enjoyed the hot spring pool. But i missed some deck chairs to relax. And as a vegetarian my extra request for an Avocado for the breakfast was refused, this kind of service i cannot expect in a 3* Hotel. So far so good. But the breakfast, stored in chafing dish, was everything cold.

Location is not ideal, far from food and shopping outlets; but there’s a convenience store within the compound, that opens till midnight. Rooms are very clean and in great condition. Good choice if you are looking to escape from the crowd.

The hot spring operation hour is 4pm-8pm which is too short. The aircon keep auto shut down itself few time during sleep time. The toilet ventilation fan is very noise. The breakfast area is near the swimming pool which is very noisy and not a very good experience.

Nice hotel with big room & very comfortable bed. Would be nice to have a bath tub. Hotel have a Hot Spring Spa, but only open for 2 hours from 8 - 10 pm. There are 3 pools but only 1 with hot spring (but not hot enough to truly enjoy it). Breakfast spread is good but the fried mee is too soggy (lousy cook?)

Hotel is good for 1 night stay. Relatively unsafe because security isnt tight. No carpark gantry operated and lift to rooms are free easy access. I was being charged for early check in when i only ASK. Lack of bathroom amentites but ok for really a 3 star hotel. Could be better if security system are in place

Comfortable enough stay for one night
The towels and bedsheets were not properly washed. The rooms themselves were not cleaned properly and they seemed ill-maintained. Had to request for room slippers. No bathrobes and hand towels. The breakfast of nasi lemak was yummy. Overall, it was a comfortable enough stay for 1 night.
