Located in Portalón between Portalon and Quepos on the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica, this private home features floor to 11-foot high ceiling windows throughout to fully appreciate breathtaking ocean and forest views! The spacious great room includes a full-sized kitchen along with seating at the island and modern appliances, along with the dining and the living areas. Three sliding glass doors and upper windows in the great room and one in each bedroom, all open for the mountain breezes in the afternoons and evenings. Along with fans throughout the house, virtually eliminating the need for air conditioning, and often calls for a light blanket at night. The doors in the great room open onto the shaded terrace that also provides comfortable lounging and eating. The terrace leads to the large outdoor infinity pool.

You'll have easy access to Manual Antonio National Park (22 miles), Nauyaca Waterfalls, the Ticos' favorite restaurant La Langosta Feliz (The Happy Lobster), and miles of open beaches including beautiful Playa Linda. There are also available restaurants in Portalon and Quepos, including those around the Marina Pez Vela which is also known for its ocean fishing. If you like surfing, Playa Linda and Playa Matapalo are ideal for you! Not to mention, the nearest airport is Quepos airport 12 miles away.
