房间很有设计感，但是颜色太重，整体特别黑～可能夏天住会觉得凉快些～位置在圣朱利安购物圈，边上就是bar和赌场，比较适合度假人，但房间晚上睡觉可能会比较吵

The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the room was spacious. However, we were given a room overlooking the back of house, with tens of gas cylinders in sight, noisy staff on their break and a lot of loud noise coming from moving gas cylinders. Our jacuzzi in the room was leaking water and needed maintenance the minute we started using it. On a good note, maintenance guys were quick to fix and polite in their manners. The spa is nice, however there were some facilities which were out of order for the duration of our stay.

Check in alle 16 vergognoso. Aspettato nella hall senza che nessuno facesse nulla per accelerare la pratica di check in. Lunga attesa anche per check out! Perché devono controllare la camera hanno paura che la gente rubi qualcosa?! Non mi hanno ancora rimborsato i 100euro di cauzione delle stanza. Arredamento hotel da mafiosi. Da evitare questo hotel Non si può neanche aspettare le stanze nella piscina proprio non ti fanno entrare

Attention, cet hôtel est collé à une rue hyper bruyante avec plus d’une dizaine de bars et boîte de nuit qui mettent tous la musique à fond pour faire concurrence à leur voisin. Résultat, une cacophonie monstrueuse avec en plus des DJ qui beuglent au micro jusqu’à 4H du matin. Je regrette d’avoir prit 4 nuits la bas. Première nuit horrible, impossible de dormir car notre chambre était juste en dessous de cette rue, à l’étage le plus bas en plus... Au réveil, belle surprise de découvrir les toilettes qui avaient débordés, de l’eau partout dans la salle de bain… La goute d’eau après avoir réussit à dormir 3H max. J’ai réussit heureusement à avoir une autre chambre moyennant plusieurs sollicitations tout de même et seulement les deux dernières nuits. Cette chambre était de l’autre coté, avec balcon. La vue n’est pas si exceptionnelle, avec beaucoup de travaux autour de la baie dont un immense hôtel qui gâche tout.

Where to start? -room wasn’t cleaned one day, when staff confronted they refused to even give clean towels. ‘Can’t help housekeeping have gone home’ -‘clean’ towels smelled like vinegar -sink in bathroom was leaking. They claimed to fix it and just left a few towels on the floor -‘all day dining’ room service actually finishes at 11pm -whole place is run down. Various features in the room weren’t working properly and letters falling off signs etc -staff unhelpful at all times. They even put the phone down on me and then refused to pick up when I called back, had to go down to reception to speak to them. Not as though I was being rude either -extremely noisy area. Can’t listen to your own music or hear anyone speak on the balcony in the evenings. Can even hear a bass line indoors overnight coming from neighbouring bars until the early morning -rooftop pool is small and barely any room for hotel guests (given they let non residents in too) -no apology or acknowledgment from staff of any of the issues mentioned Dont stay here - it will ruin your holiday!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and were very satisfied. The location is perfect: right next to a lively party town with a great atmosphere every evening. Despite the buzz, we didn’t have any issues with noise at night. The hotel is also right next to a small beach, which was ideal for relaxing. We were two women traveling together, and we felt very safe both in the hotel and the surrounding area. There are several bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, and the shops stay open late into the evening, making the area feel vibrant and alive. The hotel itself was luxurious—very clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, including the hammam, steam room, and heated indoor pool, which was a fantastic bonus. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel!

I had a great stay, the hotel is one minute far from the beach, has a very nice pool and SPA, the rooms are big, clean and modern, breakfast with many options, staff very polite and professional. I highly recommend this hotel ❤️
