紐約切爾西莫西飯店

Stayed one night for business during a snow storm. Was the only person checking in, and the woman (who was very lovely) was completely untrained in how to check me in. After struggling for over 10 minutes, she kept saying "i see you paid on hotels.com and I don't want to double charge you" she finally called a manager who took another 5 minutes to arrive. It was hot in the lobby and i had a bunch of heavy baggage with me, so standing around was annoying. Everything else about the stay was fine, which is to say the room had a beautiful view (i paid extra for the higher floor and city view), it was small but clean, it felt covid safe. I never used any amenities (they are all closed) and just slept then checked out. Uneventful stay (which is fine). Price was great and would stay again. Just want them to train their staff in the basic way to check in a guest.

The VIEW was amazing.. Room was a bit small but it was good for the occasion. The only one thing I could complain about is the pillows were horrible.

The staff was friendly and rooms were extremely clean! Super convenient location. Loved everything about the stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the convenience of the "room service" food delivery. View of Empire State building and NY skyline was fabulous!

Room was AWESOM (2002). Shower SPACIOUS, and I love the furniture. This is a dada’s hotel! Staff very friendly

At check in they never mentioned it was the time to order your free breakfast. This apparently was the same process that they didn’t mention in December when we stayed as well

Stay was great! They accommodated us extremely well and kept cleanliness at the top of its list! Only problems we experienced were getting to their address on the first night and helping delivery drivers find the hotel. Other than that, it was an amazing experience!

The host at the front desk was so rude to us. Her name was Shane. She wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t seem to care about anything I said to her. All the facilities were closed due to Covid. The room we got was not like the one in the picture also there was barely any space to move around. Basic necessities were missing like a trash can, ice, glasses/cups. Worst part was the bug in the shower. Heavily disappointed.

A two night stay despite of COVID-19 I must say that the experience was quite interesting the room was kind of small and there were no fridge and closet space was non existent storage was under the bed kind of cool! I had a room with city views but the windows were not cleaned however the room itself was clean the tv had a welcoming message. The staff was friendly complimentary breakfast was very basic overall would recommend to stay there there’s so much around restaurants/stores and walking distance to Madison Square!!!
