Very deceptive and price insane

Very deceptive, compared to the photos… Breakfast impossible in a four stars with so bad and rare products! The room rate (for foreigners only? The visitors were exclusivy colombians)) is insane compared to this old hôtel… The day before, we paied less for a stage in the Hilton of Santa Marta, with high standarts and amazing buffet…

Great staff great location! The girl at the little desk on the side of the lobby who set us up with the boat adventure to Ibiza island was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, she recommended us to visit this place. She was right! we had a wonderful time.

There was a number of things wrong in my room. The phone didnt work. The wifi was sometime-ish. Shower did not produce hot water. And there was no fixtures or drawers or anything for my clothing. Paint was dripping off the wall from the Air conditioner. And my safe wasnt working. But, maybe i had a bad unit. No one else in my party had these complaints.

O pior hotel da minha vida, sujo, velho, mal cuidado, atendimento ríspido. Café da manhã péssimo, louças quebradas, comida horrível, além de pouquíssimas opções, embalagens de manteiga abertas no buffet, sem segurança alguma, fechaduras quebradas. A pior experiência de hotelaria que tive na vida. Jamais indicaria, jamais voltaria. Pelo valor que foi pago cada diária é ridículo. Nada que está anunciado nas fotos do site/aplicativo confere com o que está disponível para os hóspedes.
Fechadura do quarto. Segurança nota 0.
Paredes imundas,como podem ver.
Cadeiras imundas e em péssimo estado de conservação.
Buffet sujo e sem condições de comer o que era servido.

Very bad experience. Pay the same and go somewhere else for more. Dont get fooled by the name. The images are deceiving. This property needs urgent renovation. The see-through floor squeaks when you step on it. The service was terrible. Water was dripping into the bedroom. I asked the front desk 4 times to fix the water leaqu nonone showed up. When you call the front desk, no one never picks up. I spent 20 minutes daily drying puddles in the bedroom. The all-inclusive is only worth for the comfort and time efficiency. But the food meets minimum aceptable standards. We found a hair ingraved on piece of bread. As far as the drinks go, the bartender does not even know what kind of beer they offer. It did not taste like I wanted another one. I'd rather pay for something with a lable. The hard liquor was whiskey in a slushy. When i asked about the type of whiskey, she didn't have an answer. If you dont stack up with water during the day, be prepared to pay at night. Let's just not talk about the guym. If for any reason you still decide to stay here, make sure you call and ask about additional charges. We were charged additional "tax" on top of expedia tax. Basically, we got taxed twice, and or you can say trump tarrifs are expanding

The hotel is in a great location close to everything. The room we stayed had a great ocean view. But we had bo hot water, the a/c only worked partially, the electric and USB outlets didn't work, we couldn't call to report these problems became our phone didn't work either. We reported all of these at tbe front desk but nothing was done about it in tbe 2 days we stayed.

En el ban̈o habia humedad en el piso que salia del tanque del agua eso terrible todo el tiempo, no tendicen que la tarjeta que electronica es para ponerla a la entrada de la puerta y eso activa las luces (llamas a recepción pensando que no hay luz) vi muchos huespedes pasar por eso 😉

The service, personnel was excellent. The hotel has great location is in front of the beach, but it doesn’t has chairs or umbrellas . You have to rent those items to other people. First time I experience these discomfort, usually you don’t bring money to the beach especially if your hotel it is on front of the beach

You have to clean the carpet in the elevator, why is water only available the first day? As other mentionned the food is not a 4*! There is a need for hanging more clothes/towells in the rrom. The window view is nice.
