This apartement is located nearby international branded hotel such as Ritz, Marriott and easy to get Pavillon Mall by walk of 10 min. The room was clean, kitchen available as well as washing machine. Two swimming pools was at different level with sun deck and good to see the city of KL. Room was very quiet. Strong recommended for leisure with couple even with family.

There is some ants on the kitchen and bathroom basin in one of the room ( I have booked 2 rooms). I think the cleaner has to put more effort in cleaning the room. Other than that everything is good and perfect.

The hotel is nice but the suite residence doesn’t have a housekeeper. Your the one who will take the key into a scary room and your the one to put it back..he location is perfect .. only the cleanliness is bad

Very accesible to anywhere. It has a beautiful view and the property have good place near by. It is in the golden region in Kuala lumpur.

No one to deal with when you have problems. Everything is through phone and no real person. I was given room with wrong bed configuration upon check in. On Day 2, my door password doesnt work and had to wait for them to resend. The room has a strong stench from the drain.

Pros- hotel was amazing with two pools overlooking the surrounding area, a hotel restaurant, 7/11 and close to bukit bintang. The apartment was modern with all amenities such as a washing machine, kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer , tv with Netflix. Staff at hotel ( not staff that can help with your accommodation) were very friendly and helpful. Meg- difficult check-in. Was provided the incorrect password for mailbox to collect card for apartment. Only with the help of one of the friendly staff we’d I able to get internet password to contact the host for our apartment via what’s app. The host was able to quickly change the password for the mailbox although it was a hassle as I had to go back down to lower ground where the mailbox’s are kept. Then went up in lift to our floor and apartment only to find out that the digit password does not work so couldn’t get into the apartment and had to go back down where I could get internet reception to contact the host again. She was able to change the password, waited a few minutes for the password to activate and then managed to get in. Took in total about 15 mins to sort out which may seem short but when you are tired, hot and three other people with you who are what to get it’s stressful. We also only had one card for the hotel for all four of us which was a nussaince as you cannot use the lift without this card and made it difficult whenever we separated and came back to the apartment at different times.

The Tribeca Service Apartments are co-located with the Tribeca Hotel. Because the serviced apartments are under different management the entrance and egress is nit via the lobby but via a separate lift/elevator to floor one then a change of elevator to the higher floors. It is a complicated system. The rooms are fine, clean and well located to the shopping and eating areas in Bukit Bintang. Even though we booked for a 2 bedroom suite for 3 adults and 2 children there were not enough towels, no proper tissues, only one toilet roll and no toaster in the kitchen. After several calls these were supplied on the day following our arrival. In a nutshell, good room, good facilities (pool, children's playground) fine location let down by poor inconvenient access and poorly prepared management.
