Overall, my stay was okay! The staff are really friendly. The view is beautiful. However, the hotel and the room are very old. The shower barely worked; had to take a 35 minute shower because the water was tricking down. I was told that my booking included one free excursion per person per stay, but when I got to the hotel, the hotel informed me that they don’t offer such services. Overall, hotel is too expensive for the type and quality of service they provide.

We were told that the TV remote and AC were not part of a basic room and cost $20 extra/night. Property is cool, staff were nice, food and drink were great, but just build the cost of A/C and TV into your room rate and offer it without the extra steps.

The ocean view was incredible and waking up to the sound of the waves crashing was very relaxing. The room though could use a mini fridge and a microwave for the convenience of the guest.

Property is close to the center of town yet right on the water. Small and intimate resort with a restaurant on site. Staff is pleasant and very helpful.

Decent for a night. Air conditioning worked. It's in a total sh*thole neighborhood and is a bit of an outpost. Very third world. Surrounding Ocho Rios neighborhoods are all very ghetto.
