Location is excellent. Spacious airy that gets decent amount of shade, so good when it gets hot. Property for 4 people. Got most things you might want on a holiday. A bit in need of some tlc, especially the plumbing and electrical sockets. Downsides, steep narrow staircase to second floor may not suit some, especially with heavy suitcases. Check-in process is a mess. Very poor comms before I flew out. no response to messages. Only sent instruction after I had landed. Nice people at the agency, but there is a key safe, so why have to go to the office which isn't close by. The address for the office is not the one advertised. No excuse when they moved a year ago. Given I was travelling with my disabled son, could have done without the hassle of going to the wrong place to find no office. Easy t get something like that sorted. Would I use again, probably not.

Fue muy desagradable porque a nuestra llegada en pleno mes de Julio en la web decia que tenia aire acondicionado y solamente tenia un aire en e salon, ninguna de las habitaciones tenia aire y ni tampoco ventilador, en ningun momento intentaron ayudarnos y sino convenia pues ellos no podian hacer nada, a estas alturas aun no han devuelto el dinero como corresponde. De hecho la reserva decia que llevaba un cargo inicial y cobraron el mont completo. fue muy desagradable porque era un viaje planificado y pagado con mucha anterioridad tuvismos que reservar en un hotel de ultimo momento que nos costo el doble de lo pagado. tienen informacion enganosa y fue algo que verifique con tiempo porque se que en espana y portugal en esa fecha los calores que hay.

Ok

The appartement itself was nice however the conditions were very strange, asking us to take out the garbage, picking up the key 4km away from the actual appartement could cause problems without a car etc. As well, one of the two showers was broken which was a huge headache for us. Other than that great location.

Modern apartment with minor obstacles

Fantastisk beliggenhed lige midt i Baixa-distriktet - 1 min fra gågade, restauranter, indkøb osv. Lejligheden er moderne og smagfuldt indrettet med gode senge, dyner (dobbeltdyner!) og pænt inventar. Godt wifi. Der mangler dog i høj grad udstyr. Kun 1 vinglas, ingen proptrækker, 3 t-skeer, 3 krus osv. Vi var der i 4 dage (3 personer) og der var kun 2 opvasketabs - og eftersom der er så lidt af alting (glas, bestik osv.) kørte opvaskemaskinen hele tiden hvorfor vi måtte købe opvasketabs og toiletpapir. Lejligheden bærer præg af byggesjusk på badeværelserne, hvor afløbene ikke kan trække det vand der skal ud. Man kan kun tage ultrakort brusebad da vandet ellers flyder ud over hele gulvet. Udover lejen skulle vi betale EUR 38 i rengøringsgebyr, 24 i tax og 30 for late check-in (efter kl. 20)

Great apartment - poor service

Apartment was fantastic - very spacious, clean and well laid out. Note there is no lift and quite steep stairs to the second floor. Great location close to old town and some lovely areas to walk. Only downside was our contact with Homing- no communication from them whatsoever so when we arrived we had to call them to ask about the keys, we were told no one would be able to bring our keys for 2 hours, leaving us in the centre of Lisbon with a 1 year old child and 4 suitcases and nowhere to go. We had to get a taxi to their office across town to collect the keys and head back to the apartment. The man in the office acted like it was a huge inconvenience for him! Then he told us there was no travel cot in the apartment, he could get someone to bring it the next day, “if we really needed it as the sofa bed should suffice”. I told him a 1 year old cannot sleep on a sofa bed and we needed the travel cot that day, he rolled his eyes and reluctantly agreed to get one delivered.
