This place have a lot of potential, but nothing prepares you for anything. I've veen in orher places where a 4x4 car is required but until we get there e were nit aware of that. We carry our luggage 500 meters but 500 meters of mood and anaccesible road. There's no real checking the guy throw the keys at you and good luck finding your room. The trails to see the waterfall (the "highlight") was totally block by trees not even a small place tonsit when you get to the viewpoint. We were asked for dinner but we never confirmed. They charge the dinner at the check out. They not even check witg us during diner if we wanted to dine in the room. We pay for something we didnt ask for. Bed uncomfortable and at 9am it was already impossibke to be in the room the ceiling warm the room like an oven and the old fan didnt worked
