Good hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. It is close to underground station which is very convenient. There are dining options in walkable distance. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

6/10 不錯哦

This property is overpriced with poorly trained staff. Very few factual instructions/information. Seemed to be keeping costs down and income up. The room was basic. We had to ask for towels for two people, no fridge, no safe, no USB charge ports and not enough sockets. Breakfast was good. Location was good right on the tube.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Cheers to lazlo in the kitchen. Hannan the night manager was very nice and helpful. And then there was Layle (i hope i spelled her name correct). She is an absolute treasure. She made the stay for me and my family a delight. She is the reason i would stay there again. To call her a diamond is an understatement…. She is the Crown Jewels

No refrigerator or microwave. Breakfast not included. Courtesy because somebody smoked setting the alarm off at 5:40 AM
