I've stayed here multiple times before in my travel to Charlotte. It's actually my favorite place to stay. When I checked in, everything was perfect. I had a major issue with my truck and the guy who checked me in was kind enough to let me stay ONLY pay 1 of my 3night stays with parking. I was so grateful

rooftop restaurant was delightful bed was very soft and the pillows were soft and collapsable, which I didn't care for. Great view of the city. Cannot rave enough about the staff we interacted with and their attention to detail. It seemed the hotel was short staffed, but those who were there rose to the challenge to make sure excellent customer service was provided.
