I didn’t realize that it was a bed and breakfast when I originally reserved the room. It was a delight to find out.

The stay was GREAT throughout, everything was top notch except for the small inconvenience of the tv trying to stream American channels so it cut out every few minutes. Very minor inconvenience since I wasn't in the room too often except for sleeping and showering.

The property is in a good location, we stayed for 7 nights and all the main attractions in Rome are within walking distance ( there is a bus stop outside the property which can take to the Colosseum & Roman Forum) The staff at the property were excellent and made us feel very welcome and took time to show us all the main attractions in Rome and suggested good places to eat. The room, bathroom were very clean and room had good air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and each morning we sat on the rooftop terrace with good views of Rome.

What a great place to stay while in Rome. The location was great within walking distance to most sights and great restaurants. The room spacious and modern, with great service the staff very accommodating and helpful.

They were very accommodating. This hotel is not handicapped accessible but they out of their way for my wife in a wheelchair. This place deserves a higher rating.

This is a 10 out of 10! It’s been a long long time since I’ve been so happy with a hotel experience. The location is incredible, the rooms are new and modern. Bathrooms and showers are wonderful, A/C worked beautifully while temperatures outside were soaring to 38/40 degrees C. The staff is friendly and extremely capable, special mention to Ives who helped us sort something out on our first night and actually switched our rooms to address our needs. And the price ! Some may say it’s a fair price, I think it’s beyond fair. If you think this falls into the “too good to be true” category, don’t hesitate, this is the real deal and you will not be disappointed. Oh, breakfast was great too, not a huge selection but perfectly appropriate. The breakfast staff is the nicest!
