8/10 Very good

We loved staying at this hotel. We had the triple room downstairs. It is very easy walking distance to central pier (madame tussauds/sealife/Tower). Kyle was very welcoming & efficient. The only downside was there wasn't any soap. I'm sure if I'd have contacted someone (we didn't use our room until after 9.30pm) that would've been rectified. Would highly recommend & we'll definitely stay again if visiting Blackpool.

6/10 Good

The service was not really good. there was no tooth paste, no bathing soap and only 2 tissue papers for a family of 5 for 3 days and 2 nights. not really good.

Clean and friendly

Basic cheap Blackpool B&B. Paid for parking nearby £12 for overnight. Good location for town centre, easy walk. Outdated but clean enough and owner was friendly.

For the price we paid - it was alright

Kyle, who singlehandedly manages the hotel, was very welcoming and helpful. Parking can be reserved for an extra £9 per day, or you can use the nearby Central Car Park Multistorey. Card payments are accepted for the £40 deposit and parking. The room could use a deep clean, fresh paint, new carpets, and some work on the ensuite. The shower also drains slowly. However, Kyle’s hospitality makes up for the lack of cleanliness. You'll need to bring your own hand soap and toiletries. The room has a kettle with tea, coffee, and biscuits. Kyle can make breakfast if you arrange it with him on check-in. The hotel is family-friendly, and a late-night corner shop is at the end of the road.

Get what you pay for.

When entering the property it has a funky smell to it, it looks like a lot of the other properties around very run down and out dated. The bedding smelt funky, realizing the clean bedding is stored outside the back way in bins. You can hear other residents which is normal I guess.. The place needs gutting and updated... But that would put the cost up in the area.. you get what you pay for. Would I go back.. not to this hotel and I'm not a snob but a park bench would run it close.

Lovely Stay

Kyle was lovely. We only stayed one night and we aren't breakfast people. We stayed in the room next to reception. It was well decorated and you can tell care has been put into the room. My only comment would be just hope you don't have a bouncy child staying in the room above as you can hear everything.
Phoebe, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The hotel is really close to the seafront. It has all the essentials for a family room which even accommodates 5. A very reasonable rate but no dining options at the moment. On Sunday there is free street parking. A quiet area at night time.

Good value

Good value for money. Friendly helpful staff.
Jeremy, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Beds were dreadful to sleep on. The matress was very thin. Poor layout in the bedroom. You needed to climb over a bed to use the wardrobe, then you could only use one side. Kyle who showed us the room asked how it was. He said he will pass the information onto management. Breakfast was optional and cost £8. It tasted bland and never included bacon. For the price its wasn't that bad.
Beverley, 1-night trip

Had a wonderful stay at the property for 4 nights. Saqib the host was super warm and welcoming and we were well looked after. The room was clean and tidy and the necessary facilities were all there including a travel cot and bedding which was great. I’d definitely recommend staying here. It was a 10 min walk away from the major attractions such as sea life and the dungeons so it was a great location and the price was good. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future
