The pool area, pool bar is excellent. Friendly, helpful, happy staff. Free bus to and from beach and Los Cristianos /playa de las Americas Great on site supermarket. Stayed before when no charge for pool towels (now €2 each €1 to change). We were there when island went on shut down but staff were great.

We loved the hotel! Very beautiful and cozy. Water in the pool is heated. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful - we forgot very expensive glasses in the room and they returned it in several days. Location is very nice and picturesque - on the hill. The only bad thing is smoking-it is allowed everywhere: non-smokers have to poison themselves near the pool, on the balcony, etc. - you go to your balcony to breath fresh air but have to breath smoke of your neighbor-that’s very disappointing, especially when you are with a baby(( it is not problem of only this hotel but the whole county - they smoke even in kid’s parks and even near their own kids, I cannot understand this - why is this legal?

We travel a lot and i dont usulally leave negative comments. This one is to help others to avoid missleading rating for the place. It is not excellent and not good - it is avalerage.

Wonderful property - everything you could want. Steep climb from the town to the hotel but OK if you are fit...

huge complex, ideally for groups or families (plenty of stuff: pools, game area with squash, gym, billiards, etc). Rooms are very comfortable, big enough and with kitchenette.

The staff were very welcoming and our duplex Apartment had everything you could wish for to make your stay comfortable. We booked one additional night and they made sure we could stayed in the same Apt. The bonus was the free shuttle into town of Los Cristianos and Las Americas as the location is elevated. And the beautiful sunset from our balcony out to sea. We will definitely return again. Thank you Louis

So many steps but thankfully there was a lift once you had arrived at the property.

Had an amazing week at hollywood mirage myself and my husband absolutely loved it fab property apartment was amazing very modern spotlessly clean and spacious the choice of two pools was brillant couldnt fault 1 thing about this property we got an absolute bargain and we will def be back

2nd year in a row staying here, very comfortable area. Lots of space and excellent Spa now reduced to €15 per week for as many visits as you wish. Great idea, apt was large and ideally try stay in block 6 if possible as we found that to be the most pleasant and more private than other areas. Staff friendly and apt cleaned daily and fresh set of towels daily too including a Sunday. Would def stay here again and highly recommend Los Christiinos as a location something for everybody
