房間空間大, 空調不錯, 浴室不錯, 枕頭很差, 非常平, 有一天忘記打掃, 員工英語水平很低, 泳池需另收高昂入場費.

Best price and comfortable, tidy and clean, good location, a lot restaurants around, service considerate and helpful

Friendly and helpful staff to solve the problems as some charger connection issues. They offered instant help. Very close to the sightseeing areas and some restaurants nearby. One disadvantage is that only 30 minutes hot water to be provided for guests. You need to wait for another 50 minutes to refill the water.

This is great hotel with pretty good service. We reserved 2 rooms (each for 3 persons) and got upgraded for one room . It’s will be even better for us if they can arrange both rooms upgrade and arrange in the same floor. Anyway, the service of front desk is excellent!

1. 訂了三人房間，一張雙人床，一張單人床，但房間略嫌擠迫，我們有兩個行李箱，其中一個行李箱需要放在房間入口的走廊上，出入有點不便 2. 廁所分成三部分，最外面是洗手盆，與床中間是沒有門的，向內走開一扇門是廁所，再開一扇門就可以洗澡，對於三人一齊住，很方便 3. 房間有小吧枱，有電磁爐及抽氣扇，不過我們沒有用 4. 酒店有停車場，大概可儲泊20-30輛車，停車場外面有一片花海，長滿小黃花，再外面是草地，有馬匹 5. 位置便利，駕車到城山日出峰/往牛島的碼頭，車程大約5-10分鐘 6. 如要到城山日出峰看日出，可以請職員查看日出時間 7. 酒店職員並非每一個都能說流利英文，但基本上大家都會用google翻譯，大概也能明白

露天停車場沒有太多燈，比較黑，泊車時要小心

Unready Room/ Mosquito Problems/ Terrible Sewage Smell in the bathroom! My family booked the Ocean View Suite for one night (Thank God, it was only one night stay). So this is what happened: after we checked in around 4 pm, all the lightings inside our room were not working and the sewage smell in the bathroom was terrible so we immediately requested the room change. Unfortunately, the hotel's receptionist told us that the entire hotel rooms were booked for that night and that the refund was unavailable. In regards to the problems with the lightings, hotel's electrician came by and told us that it may take a few hours to fix and that he has to work inside our room so we were asked to leave the room for a few hours. During the three hours of waiting, we did not receive any calls back from the hotel notifying us whether or not the problem has been resolved. Instead, my husband had to constantly call and check with the hotel to see if the room is ready. Almost around 8 pm, we were able to return to our room. Again, the bathroom had a terrible sewage smell, and besides that we weren't able to sleep at all due to the mosquito problems! (My husband caught 4 mosquitos in about 30 minutes at midnight.) I wonder why there was a mosquito repellent spray inside our room. This tells us that previous customers must have complained about the mosquito problems to the hotel and the hotel had knowledge about it so they placed the repellent spray inside the room.

It had one of the best bathrooms I've stayed in while in South Korea. But the cleanliness left a bit to be desired — mirrors and glass had marks from previous users, bathroom and kettle trays weren't wiped, under the beds was loads of dust (I dropped something under the bed and that's when I noticed). Perhaps as the desk clerk pointed out, I only booked a "standard" room so the cleaning was only standard as well. But even the hallways to the elevator were not vacuumed during my three day stay.

동쪽을 중심으로 여행다닐려면 매우 좋은 호텔입니다. 전반적인 서비스, 방의 청결은 매우 좋으나 침대 근처에 콘센트가 하나만 있는게 약간 아쉽습니다.
