Sam experience as other reviewers. Fantastic hardworking hosts who genuinely care about making your stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. We had a car so it was ideal a few minutes to town, or day tripping.. No parking or traffic hassles. Lovely and quiet with gentle sea breezes. Breakfasts are special events to look forward to.

This was a family run property. They made sure you felt welcome and comfortable and brought you an amazing breakfast every morning.

Such a wonderful spot, 5mins to Polignano a mare and 12mins to Monopoli. Pleasant stay. I was treated well. Breakfast was amazing and sourced locally, if any reason o stay its for the breakfast. Very friendly and flexible with allowing me to stay another night. Thankyou both hopefully see you again soon

This is by far the best property we have stayed in when in Italy, and we are frequent visitors. With there being no restaurant or bar the fantastic breakfasts of local produce was served personally by the owners to your room/patio. Mariella and Emilio were the perfect hosts and even came to collect us when we were lost. Although being near the main road the views and surroundings far outweighed the hum of the passing traffic (not audible when the windows are shut - our visit was in late October) The rooms/suite were extremely comfortable. We were fortunate to have a kitchen in our suite and were able to cook our meals when we wanted to,and have our morning cup of tea! We celebrated our wedding anniversary whilst here and were surprised with a special breakfast that day. The location is very convenient for visiting the wonderful area and Mariella was able to give advice on what specialities were to be found to near where you were going. Our visit was in late October (with very warm weather) but there were still very many places to see and things to do.

Large rooms, local, fresh breakfast, nice hosts. No wi-fi or not working, A/C not working.

Just outside of the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area and easy to find if you have the right coordinates LOL. Our hosts were very welcoming and kind. Gorgeous facility with spacious room and private patio for breakfast. Very nice common patio space for using Wi-Fi (the signal did not quite reach out room).

We enjoyed the quality of the property and the quality of staff and service, our room was large and comfortable for two, the terrace added extra comfort.

Great place to stay, amazing breakfasts and clean and beautiful rooms. The owners are very nice and friendly. This place is within a walking distance from nice beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed staying here. Highly recommend this hotel.

lovely place and very warm owners, the unit is nice and clean, but the whole surrounding looks unfinished. the owners are accessible by phone and a part of the day but there is no staff around 24/7. the breakfast is excellent, served privately on the balcon , very special.
