For cleanliness, the room was hygienic and sanitized. The effort of cleanliness was there. For reception, either not too friendly approach (reception on duty when we check in) and inconsistent information by the operator/reception with regards to rate for late check out. The Supervisor seems knowledgeable and knows what she's doing and has attended my concern immediately. For the cafeteria, everything is fine from the set up to the service, but the quality and taste of the food can be improved. For the room rate, its cheap and good enough for short stay.

I totally enjoyed my stay. The former reviewers did not lie. The staff, location, cleanliness and decor of this hotel is pleasing. I enjoyed breakfast every morning and chatting with the staff. They informed us several mornings of the places the hotel shuttle would visit. If I had questions, most members of the staff were quick to help. Housekeeping did a great job, even though I never quite knew when they would show up. The lifeguards, at the neighboring pool, were friendly and accomodating. The only disappointment was that the pool at this hotel was closed. I understand why, due to COVID and lack of tourist, that it made sense to combine amenities with the larger hotel next door. Go visit Dubai. Enjoy your stay!

Avoid this hotel and their sister hotel "Canopy by hilton" under any circumstances. The staff stole items from our room as well our computer got destroyed by the hotel and they offered 0 help! Also once we tried to pull down the sun protection the whole protector fell on us, legal consequences are following.

The hotel overall is ok, nice area around the hotel BUT the service people are terrible. Also they state online that they have laundry facilities which is not true. Our breakfast was taken away from the table while getting new coffee which was really bad because the breakfast option is already very limited. So all the things they took away were not available anymore which gave us bad mood.

The room was nice but the hotel lacks both parking and a swimming pool. Though the worst part is the customer service which has been terrible to say the least! Despite checking out after 1 night to catch an emergency flight home, and being told this was ok by the friendly receptionist, I was subsequently billed for 6 nights. 2 nights they claimed I stayed and 4 nights as an early check-out fee. This came as a huge surprise to me given them knowing the nature of the fragile situation in terms of travel and making no issue of it at reception. Having attempted to follow up with them via this site, email, and phone call I still have not received the courtesy of an acknowledgment let alone a reply as to why they think this is a suitable way to treat customers. My advice is beware of this hotel as there are plenty of hotels in better locations and with better facilities available at the same price point. I had booked it in a mad rush once my original direct flight home was cancelled and was told that there was lack of availability for indirect flights. I suppose now that this has been posted on a public board there will be a sudden flurry of interest in my situation but in terms of sincerity I would have to deem it disingenuous. Too little - too late!

We were informed that my booking were transferred from hampton to canopy a day earlier. So went to Canopy and checkin at 2:30pm but had our room at only 7pm and that was a horrible experience EVER! All the guest came at the same time with us had their rooms already by 4pm. I keep on checking with the reception for the status of our room and they can’t even tell what time we can have it. All of the front desk keep on telling to wait for sometime and until it was already 7pm. Imagine waiting for how many hours for your room! The main purpose of booking this hotel is to de-stress but what we had experience was so stressful during the check in! That day we felt helpless but had to wait. Our plans on that day gone to nothing. Though they have given us complimentary dinner and extended hours but it won’t compensate the damage.

Have always stayed at four points by sheraton most places I go around the world cause am scared of some hotels hygiene, my first time trying Hampton by Hilton and I can say it's also the best, I just extended my stay, great place, trust me everything is perfect! All staffs are amazing! Can't remember all their names the beautiful Lady from Kenya and the amazing manager with the long beautiful nose and the second amazing manager Natalia she's so cool, beautiful people! Am home lol I highly recommend this place!
