I booked this apartment thru expedia on oct to check in on 05th dec. I came about 6pm to check in. I have to wait and call for the staff as the office was closed. I was entertained by MOHD. He ask me to work around the town first as the room is not ready. Can you believe it at 6pm the room is not ready for check in. Not long after he gave me the key room. I went to see the room and my goodness the room is like a store room. Very dirty. I make a complaint. He told me that there is a miscommunication among them and my room has been given to others that have check in earlier. A bit argument here because I already call him(MOHD) to confirm on my booking 2 days before I came. He told me that expedia did not called to confirm on the booking. I left for my event at A’fomasa resort and ask him to arrange my accommodation. At 8pm he called say that he got a homestay and will wait till 12am after my event to show the homestay place. At 11pm he called me and I promise him to take the key at 11.30pm. I was late by 15 minute and he called me very rudely and angrily. This old man is so rude. Seriously I am not satisfy with overall of this Angerik Apartment and will not recommended anybody to this apartment.
