I’m used to staying in all types of Hotels in the US, this hotel feels like it’s taking advantage of the fact that people use it for consulate reasons and have to find hotels. It overcharges, sacrificing quality for convenience. No iron for clothes, no ironing board, no coffee maker. Clogged sinks, dirty shower, hairs on shower from God knows how many other guests. Food in the kitchenette sink left in there. Staff get an A everyone in the entrance office up front was service oriented, Attentive, and satisfaction driven. Unfortunately the actual company is lacking. From the dirty rooms to the dirty stained furniture. Location was very safe and consulate was accessible and in walking distance!
