I liked it a lot. People at front desk were extremely friendly and helpful.

An historic and characterful hotel. The best aspect of this establishment is the lady who works behind reception. She was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to do all that was possible to help us when our car was scratched. She was the essence of all that is good in Turkish hospitality - thank you. Apparently the rooms vary significantly but ours was big and spacious with nice historical details. The Turkish buffet breakfasts were great, with loads of choice and fresh produce. We felt it was one of the best hotels in Kars and we’d stay again.

The hotel is a bit of a walk to the center of town with not many restaurants etc close. The hotel does not have a lift due to the fact they are not allowed to install one in such an old building but a inconvienience when you have luggage. Rooms very comfortable but a bit tired. Overpriced! 1,700 TRY = £250.31 for 2 nights B&B. We checked out the hotels in the town their prices were much cheaper. Turkish hotels can only charge a set price for their rooms which is set to them by the tourist board but outside agencies can charge what they like for the rooms.

Gezi için gelmiştik bu otele normal şartlarda ili gece olarak kalıcaktık ama odaya girdiğimizde gördüğümüz manzara bizi şaşırttı bu yüzden tek gece olarak konakladık temizlik adına hiç bir şey yoktu oda nun kokusu da cabası sıfır memnuniyetle otel den ayrıldık

Odamızda temizlik ile ilgili bir problem yaşadık be anında odamız değiştirildi. Personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Sıcak ve ferah. Tarihi bir bina olması da ayrıca artı. Kars olacak ise standart otel yerine herzaman tercih edeceğim bir otel.

İlk olarak karşılama çok iyiydi çok ilgli ve kibar davrandılar. Otel, bina olarak tarihi bir bina olması ve buna uygun restore edilmesiyle oldukça hoş bir yapıda. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, kibar ve ilgiliydi konaklama boyunca. Otelin konumu da şehir merkezine ve tarihi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Pandemi dolayısıyla açık büfe kahvaltı olmasa da verilen kahvaltı tabağı doyurucuydu ve yiyecekler lezzetliydi. Tekrar yolumuz Kars'a düşerse yine tercih edeceğimiz otel burası olacaktır.

The location of the hotel and the city of Kars is magnificent however breakfast was very sloppy. Even Kars is a cheese heaven, I don't think that hotelkeeper is eating the same cheese as they serve. Probably you can stay better places with this cost if you weren't in Kars. Make shift and enjoy the city.

Konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle her türlü sorunuz için ekiple iletişime geçebilirsiniz. Yardımcı oluyorlar.

Odalar temizlik açısından maalesef kötü. Tavanalrda örümcek ağı var. Çatı katı olan odaları olduğunu bilmeden gittik kapalı alan da kalamadığım için cam olan bir oda istedik ve aldığımız yanıt keşke önceden söyleseydiniz oldu halbu ki ilk defa gittiğim yerde otelin odalarını bilme şansımız yoktu. Sonrasında odamızı değiştirdiler. Kahvaltı fena sayılmaz. Konumu güzel heryere yakın.
