We stayed in the new Cary Grant suite, which was beautiful! A kitchenette and large living space with a large bedroom and bathroom, an amazing view, and a lovely private patio looking out over a koi pond. It was perfect. The location is great but it does require ascending two steep inclines to get to the room. Service, however, was lacking and communication was poor. Breakfast was not at all worth the modest 11E charge. We had breakfast twice in our 5 day stay and both times there was just dry bread to be toasted, dry and uneatable little pastries, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt (which was very good). No housekeeping, trash collection, or fresh towels during the entire stay. We saw 3 staff members during the stay but no one introduced themselves so I'm still not sure who we could have asked for anything. One woman, who may have been a cleaner, sat outside and chain smoked quite a bit. Other than her, the other two gentlemen we saw were polite but just not forthcoming with information. We parked in the recommended garage, but please know that it is several blocks away from the hotel. Overall, the space itself was incredible though and Sarlat is a fabulous place to visit and in a perfect location along the Dordogne Valley for seeing this beautiful corner of France.

Endroit magnifique, idéalement situé au coeur de la vielle ville de Sarlat, mais au calme. Un ensemble de bâtiments anciens magnifiquement rénovés, et un personnel prévenant et attentioné. Nous y reviendrons, nul doute !

Un hermoso hotel con pequeños apartamentos , tenían todo lo necesario y más !! Excelentemente ubicado en pleno centro de Sarlat y la atención de todos fue fantástica . Un verdadero regalo para mi conocer esa región de Francia en ese hotel y con la gran y cálida ayuda de todos los que ahí colaboran !!!

Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Salle de bain peu isolée, mais chauffage (sèche serviettes) efficace pour la douche. Il y fait froid lorsque l’on se lève au milieu de la nuit.

Fabulous location in historic town! Be sure to get parking instructions - very easy but you will need those details. 5 minute walk. The rooms are lovely and the communication friendly and clear. You’ll love it!!!

A terrace over looking the old city makes this a fun place to stay. Not easy to find but once you do it is a perfect inner city location. Lovely staff. Large suites, dated but functional and quirky. If driving recommend the extra $ to park.

We loved the hotel! We had a separate bedroom for our daughter and plenty of room to spread out. As mentioned by others the parking garage available for a daily price is a few blocks away but overall not a huge inconvenience. We would definitely stay there again if in that area.

The hotel is located near the center of the old city, many restaurants within 3 minute walk. A free parking lot is 5-7 minute walk, and always had a spot in early October. The staff of Clois and Valentine were terrific.

We stayed here for three nights. The location is fantastic ,however if you struggle to walk this is not for you as which ever way you approach the hotel you have a steep walk. If you have a car reserve a parking space with them as parking is not easy to find. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable and the staff at reception very helpful
