Room booking (and payment) was only received for 1 room instead of 2. rooms , extremely run down, furniture torn and rubbish, big water and mould patches on the walls and in the bathroom. Here the bathtub/shower facilities were unhygienic due to black patches everywhere. There was a door that led to aircon units outside and pigeons nested and left their droppings everywhere. Only after long discussions with the GM was it possible to get a room with 1 double bed instead of twin beds. Windows very dirty. Price for this desaster was a little over 4.900 THB (incl. taxes). Amenities very limited - no bathrobes, slippers provided - minibar contained only 2 bottles of water.
